Daniel J Berger, M.D.

Daniel J. Berger is a board certified primary care physician at Goshen Physicians Family Medicine Bristol. Dr. Berger graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine, attended residency at Oklahoma University, practiced 5 years in Oklahoma, and then returned to family and friends in northern Indiana. He has demonstrated his commitment to bringing quality care and service to the community by taking on leadership roles through chairing several committees at Goshen Health before serving terms as president of the medical staff and Goshen Physicians. Dr. Berger also served as the medical physician for Bashor Children’s Home. Dr. Berger is a certified Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) allowing him to perform Class II and III Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) physicals for pilots. Dr. Berger believes that expert quality health care involves determining how all aspects of a patient’s life are impacting his or her health so that appropriate testing and treatment can then be provided and unnecessary treatment and testing avoided.
