Larry D Allen, M.D.

Larry Allen, MD, is a board certified primary care physician who practices at Goshen Physicians Family Medicine Syracuse. With extensive experience in family medicine, he is dedicated to improving the health of our community by providing expert medical care for people of all ages. He has practiced medicine in the community since 1994 and serves as the chief medical executive of Goshen Health. In this role, he has led Goshen Health in adopting population health initiatives to lower costs, deliver quality care, invest in prevention and measure the results. His personal interests include caring for the underserved populations through medical mission trips and international travel. He has traveled to Bolivia, Cameroon, Nicaragua and the Congo to provide medical care. He also enjoys both water and snow skiing. Dr. Allen believes that everyone deserves competent, compassionate health care. A good relationship based on trust and respect is what he strives for with all of his patients.
