Add Your Medical Records Using the HealthLynked Website

Your Health, Your Records - All in One Place

Keeping all your medical records organized has never been easier. With HealthLynked, you can securely upload and manage your health records in just a few simple steps. Log Into Your Account

Go to patient.healthlynked.com and log in to your account.

Navigate to “My Records”

Click on “Medical Records” in the left-side main menu.

Upload your Medical Record

Click the "Upload Record" button on the top left to begin.

Enter Medical Record Details

Fill in key information such as:

Doctor's Name
Record Name
Notes for Reference

Upload Medical Record

Click "Upload File" or "Browse" to attach PDFs, images, or scanned copies of your records from your computer or mobile device.

Save & Access Anytime

Click the "Upload Record" Button.

Once uploaded, your records are securely stored in your HealthLynked profile and ready to be accessed or shared.
