Use ARi in the HealthLynked Mobile App

Track and Share Your Records Anytime

  • "Health goals? ARi’s got your back." Whether it's better sleep, nutrition tips, or fitness advice, chat with ARi to create a plan tailored just for you.
  • "Confused about treatment options?" ARi can walk you through possible next steps based on your symptoms and conditions - right from your HealthLynked app.
  • "Keep your health profile fresh - ARi makes it easy!" Just had a new diagnosis, allergy, or medication change? Chat with ARi to update your profile in seconds and keep your care team informed.
  • "ARi spotted missing info in your profile!" Complete your HealthLynked profile with ARi’s help so you get more accurate health insights and provider recommendations.
  • "The more ARi knows, the better ARi helps." Update your health history with ARi today and unlock smarter, more personalized health guidance right from the app!

    • Open the Mobile App

    Launch the HealthLynked app on iOS or Android by clicking the icon.

    Open ARi

    Tap on the green "ARi" icon in the center of the home screen.

    ARi Text-Based Chat Screen

    ARi initially loads in it's text-based chat interface. After a welcome message, you are presented with 4 suggested choices to start your chat with.
    • Update Medical Record
    • Find Me a Doctor
    • Healthcare Screening Recommendations
    • Specific Medical Advice
    Click any chat bubble to start a chat in the chat interface or enter your query into the "Message ARi" text box at the bottom and click the "Send" button.

    If you would like to start a voice chat, move to Step 4.

    To engage with ARi using voice, click the blue voice icon located left of the "Message ARi" box at the bottom of the screen.
    • ARi's Voice Chat interface opens.
    • ARi starts in listening mode.
      • You can talk with ARi like you are taking to a doctor. Feel free to ask any health related questions.
      • Here are a few things you can ask ARi to help you with:
        • Update your Healthcare Profile in the app
        • Get healthcare recommendations based on your personal profile information
        • Find a Doctor or Practice
        • Start a Telehealth Appointment
    • When you are finished with your voice chat with ARi, you can close the chat session by pressing the "power" button in the bottom center of the screen.
