HealthLynked is looking for an Inside Sales rep to work full-time at our office in Naples, FL. In this role, you will be marketing medical supplies sold by our MedOfficeDirect line of business. The ideal candidate will have experience in a telephone sales or customer service role and a basic understanding of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Establish concierge buying program for top 100 customers
• Upsell current customers to increase sales volume
• Cold call prospects via phone/in person (90/10) to market MedOfficeDirect and develop relationships
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up when necessary to ensure resolution
• Keep electronic records of customer interactions

Skills

• Proven inside sales or outbound customer support experience
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and ability to work independently
