Senior Customer Service Representative
HealthLynked is looking for an Senior Customer Service Representative to oversee our online medical supply business, MedOfficeDirect. The ideal candidate will have experience working with an e-commerce business that sells thousands of items in an online store.
The work location will be at our corporate office in Naples, FL.
Skills and Responsibilities:
- Manage the online retail processes for a large medical supply distributor, with an inventory of over 30,000 different products. This includes shopping cart, ordering, and payment system applications
- Manage site operations and customer support team on a day-to-day basis
- Build a strong partnership and communicate regularly with the people leading our distribution/order fulfillment center, located out of state
- Possess basic HTML knowledge and the ability to make site updates or changes
- Previous experience working with an e-commerce platform like Magento, Shopify, or WooCommerce would be a plus
- Strong data analysis capabilities, and the ability to provide concise reporting to executive-level leadership
- Positive attitude and great customer service skills
