What To Expect
After submitting your appointment request, you will not be billed until your appointment is confirmed.
You will receive a confirmation email once your appointment has been accepted.
In the meantime you can login to your HealthLynked account and update any medical information and add any images that you would like to share with the doctor.
To complete booking your appointment, please create a password for your HealthLynked account.
Your password must be 8-20 characters long, contain letters and numbers, at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter, and must not contain spaces
