HealthLynked is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to work at our office in Naples, FL. In this role, you will take inbound calls and make outbound calls to help patients complete their HealthLynked member profile and be a conduit for the patient/provider relationship utilizing our integrated call center. The ideal candidate will have experience in a telephone sales or customer service role and a basic understanding of medical terminology. Previous experience working with VOIP systems like Ring Central and any manager or supervisory experience would be a plus.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer service calls
- Make outbound calls
- Supervise other customer service reps
- Keep electronic records of customer interactions
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Positive attitude and upbeat personality
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Hours are 830AM-5PM Monday-Friday. No overtime, nights or weekends are required.
