To book a telemedicine appointment, simply use the main search page or our mobile app and select the telemedicine option. Our telemedicine services are available nationwide, and the cost is $50 for members and $70 for non-members. Currently, we only offer non-emergency urgent care telehealth visits that are available within 2 hours of booking.

Yes, you can easily reschedule or cancel appointments through your HealthLynked account. Simply navigate to your appointments page, find the appointment you wish to modify, and follow the prompts to reschedule or cancel.

HealthLynked does not directly handle insurance claims, but our platform allows you to search for healthcare providers that accept your insurance plan. Please verify with your selected provider whether they accept your insurance before booking an appointment.
