Adolfo G. Medina, M.D., specializes in internal medicine. Dr. Medina completed an internal medicine residency at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, from July 2016 to June 2019. Dr. Medina earned his medical degree from Ponce Health Sciences University in Ponce, Puerto Rico, in June 2016. He received a Bachelor of Science in Natural Sciences from the University of Puerto Rico in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, in June 2010. His published research and poster presentations include: • “A Traumatic Experience: A rare case of post-traumatic sternal osteomyelitis complicate by Sternal Abscess;” • “A rare presentation of bacteremia due to Cellulosimicrobium cellulansas a result of severe immunodeficiency,” and “Hyperthyroidism and the Failing Heart” (bibliography, upon request).
